Description

Introduction
Professional Reflexology Qualification, your level 3 training course which follows on from the pre-requisite courses of First steps in Reflexology, level one for self treatment, level two for couples...
By now you will recognise Reflexology is an amazing therapy as it works on the feet and has a whole body affect. The act of lying down and the feet being raised up helps to relieve pressure from the body. Preparing the feet, followed by a gentle, slow and rhythmic treatment is soothing, calming and comforting. The feet are a mirror to your body and show the areas of imbalance that are currently requiring your help and Reflexology aims to restore balance through application of pressure to reflex points. When we have balance in our life we have harmony in our body brain and we are relaxed, happy and content.
Over the years I've received many clients who have enjoyed Reflexology. I’ve also shared this modality with friends and family and received this treatment too. It has been a lovely moment to recline and rest, to take a break from the stresses and strains of daily life. In my practice I’ve incorporated heated basalt stones to the treatment process and this has provided a touch of luxury to the experience. The heated stones also help clear stagnant energies. Crystals add another dimension to this practice and they each provide a lovely balancing effect.
As I have progressed in my business pursuits I began to feel that teaching this modality would be of great benefit to others around the world. And indeed this is so as you have travelled your progressive learning path you will have noted how reflexology has benefited yourself and others. Your earlier learning has introduced you to different aspects of Reflexology.
This level 3 course builds upon the free ‘first steps in Reflexology’; Level 1 beginners Reflexology and Level 2 Reflexology for couple’s courses that are required before enrolling onto this course of professional learning. Current students are requested to enrol and complete these as requisites - there are no exceptions as these two new levels provide a fundamental grounding in Reflexology.
