Due to COVID-19 the majority of municipalities in Ontario have stopped publishing new tax sales, they can postpone a tax sale up to 90 days, they have also release a new regulation (search: ontario - laws-regulation-200073) which allows them to postpone an additional 120 days. Since Covid-19 has began last March 2020 please keep on the look out for a lot of potential properties that may go up for tax sale. Good Luck and Stay Safe.
