For the basic content, we focus on the book "Nutrition: Concepts and Controversies", which presents an accessible language, easy to understand and which defines the main concepts pertinent to the theme. At the end of each chapter, the book brings relevant and controversial topics on Nutrition, leading to various controversies; We kept all the discussions in the book summarized in the teaching material.
