are specialists in Lean Six Sigma and have developed these training courses to prepare you for the accredited FlowPlus examination.
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is often the starting point for many on their Lean Six Sigma journey after completing their introduction in the White Belt. This course builds on what you have learnt so far & by the end of the course you will be capable of starting to solve problems using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
