UPDATED 5/4 2020 TEMPORARY POLICY FOR EXPIRED FORM I-9 LIST B DOCUMENTS
.  Please be advised that USCIS has adopted a temporary policy for Form I-9 List B Documents.
Because many areas are under stay-at-home orders due to COVID-19 and some online renewal services have restrictions, employees may experience challenges renewing a state driver’s license, a state ID card, or other Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, List B identity document. Considering these circumstances, DHS is issuing a temporary policy regarding expired List B identity documents used to complete Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
Beginning on May 1, identity documents found in List B set to expire on or after March 1, 2020, and not otherwise extended by the issuing authority, may be treated the same as if the employee presented a valid receipt for an acceptable document for Form I-9 purposes.
In addition, the April 2020 version of the Handbook for Employers has also been uploaded to the proper course lecture for your convenience.
UPDATED 2/14/2020 UPDATE TO FORM I-9.
The USCIS just released a 2020 version of Form I-9 as well as an updated Handbook for Employers.  There is a .pdf on-line fillable form which has a built-in workflow and helps you to minimize any errors when completing the form.  There is also a paper version for those employers who prefer to use it; be aware that there is no built-in workflow capability with the paper version, so you must be extremely careful that you double-check the employee section and the employer section for potential mistakes.  The two versions of the form and the updated Handbook are included in the course Resources for your convenience.
UPDATED 1/14/2020 UPDATE TO MINIMUM REQUIRED WAGE RATE FOR OVERTIME EXEMPTIONS.

The US Federal Government has revised the minimum required wage rate for the salary test for several of the overtime exemptions.  The resources for each lecture in this section of the course have been updated to reflect this change.  The wage rate has changed from 455/week to 684/week.
